These Terms govern the manner in which Compound Growth Ltd collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.compoundgrowth.co.uk website ("Site"). These Terms apply to this Site and all services offered upon it by Compound Growth Ltd.

Compound Growth Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We act primarily as a data processor for our clients. This means that we do not control the collection, use and storage of personal data provided to us by our clients, other than to carry out our obligations under our contracts with them, in accordance with the terms of those contracts. Consequently if we are processing personal data supplied to us by a client and a data subject raises a query with us, we will refer that query to our client rather than deal with it ourselves.

Should there be circumstances where we are not acting as a data processor for our clients, Compound Growth Ltd would be the controller and responsible for any personal data.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilised and other similar information.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature vis Google Anaytics. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy notice.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data about you.

If you fail to provide personal data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you. In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
